9 Types of Drinks to Lower Cholesterol Levels

Apart from being produced naturally by the liver, cholesterol can also be found in foods of animal origin, such as meat and milk.

4. Tomato Juice


Tomatoes are rich in lycopene compounds, which are bright red carotenoid hydrocarbons found in red fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, watermelon, flour, and papaya.


5. Berries
